Classes and Lectures
- We have a wonderful variety of classes and lectures
lined up for the show this year.
- We are pleased to have Louisa Smith, a nationally
recognized teacher, designer, and author to be our
special guest instructor and the judge for our show.
Louisa will present a special guest lecture on color
and fabric selection Friday evening, which is open to
the public. She will also present a Trunk Show on
Saturday afternoon showing many of her fabulous
quilts.
- Emily Hardwig, a regional instructor, will also teach
two half-day classes on Saturday.
- New this year will be the Saturday Night Sampler,
featuring short demonstrations of different quilting
techniques presented by talented quilters of North
Star Quilters Guild.
